Pierre Hermé Paris Aoyama has introduced its first summer-only soft serve ice cream. It comes in two flavors: Pierre Hermé Paris' signature "Ispahan" and the summer favorite "Satine."
"Ispahan" features the aroma of rose and lychee complemented by the sweet and sour taste of raspberries.
"Ispahan" is a rose-flavored original cone baked in-store by a pastry chef, filled with soft serve ice cream and luxuriously topped with fresh lychee and raspberries. Crushed macaron powder adds texture, creating a truly exquisite treat with a lingering, luxurious aroma.
"Satine" is a cheesecake-inspired soft serve ice cream made with cream cheese, orange, and passion fruit. The sweet and sour, smooth flavor is expressed through the soft serve ice cream, and the cheesecake pieces are hidden not only on top but also within the cone, ensuring a luxurious taste that continues to linger even as you eat. The fresh orange and macaron pieces on top add a nice touch to the flavor, making it easy to finish off in no time. Each one costs 700 yen. This soft serve ice cream will be available until September 30th.
