Perfect for the height of summer! A mouth-watering limited-time menu themed around "Enjoying Cheese in Summer" is sure to catch your eye. In addition to spicy cheese curry and hearty, melt-in-your-mouth cheeseburgers, we've also picked out sweet treats like cheese frappes and cheese ice cream. The traveling curry truck of specialty curry stand J.S. CURRY is serving its spicy "J.S. Cheese Keema Curry" (¥850 including tax) topped with plenty of fragrantly grilled mozzarella cheese until the end of August. The locations are announced on the company's official social media accounts, with locations scheduled for August include Shinjuku Southern Terrace, Tennozu, and Aoyama. Additionally, the Shibuya shop and mobile truck are also serving "Clam and Sudachi Soup Curry" (starting at ¥950 including tax), a butter-spiced curry base with clam broth, available until August 31st.

In addition, all branches of American-style hamburger shop "J.S. BURGERS CAFE" will be reviving their legendary masterpiece "Super Cheeseburger" (1,380 yen) from August 14th. This unique burger reverses the bun and filling, using Camembert cheese instead of a bun, sandwiching melted cheddar cheese with bread and patty. Finish it off with a drizzle of maple syrup.

The Harajuku branch of Paris-based mozzarella sandwich shop "Mmmozza" will be introducing the "Mango Cheese Frappe" (580 yen) from August 1st. The Mango Cheese Frappe is based on ripe mango sorbet, layered with yogurt and mango pulp, and topped with soft frozen cream cheese. Starting on the 15th, the Aoyama store will be introducing the "Kyoho Cheese Frappe" (680 yen), which combines seasonal Kyoho sorbet with yogurt and is topped with fruit pulp and frozen cream cheese.

Until September 10th, PULP Deli & Cafe in Shibuya, Tokyo, will be offering the "Milky Cheese Amaou" (680 yen) ice cream, a collaboration with CHEESE STAND, a cheese specialty store also located in Shibuya, on weekends only. Pulp Deli & Cafe's Amaou ice cream is topped with a mixture of fresh plums, cardamom, and pistachios mixed into stracciatella made with freshly made mozzarella from the Cheese Stand.
