A lineup of 43 brands will be gathered together, offering a dazzling array of bread, including masterpieces by world champions baked on-site and exclusive collaborations that bread lovers will not want to miss, as well as soft, melt-in-your-mouth sweet bread, gourmet sandwiches, bread that goes well with alcohol, and more.

Bakers competing in international bread competitions will collaborate at the venue!
Japan's representatives, champions, and coaches from the World Bread Championships will team up to bake their signature breads and exclusive ISEPAN! breads!

This collaboration combines the bread that Chef Ryuzo Abe of Boulangerie Parisgo, who coached Japan to second place and two first places at the 6th, 7th, and 8th Mondial du Pain international bread competitions, entered when he represented Japan at the Mondial du Pain in 2013, with a croissant by Chef Omurata of Wanderlust, who won a prize at the 2012 IBA Cup, a world bread competition held in Germany. This ISEPAN! limited edition features a crispy texture matched with the sharp acidity of passion fruit.

This bakery was born from an Italian restaurant that serves carefully selected seasonal ingredients. This restaurant-style bread features porchetta made with Kagoshima Prefecture's Okita Kurobuta pork marinated in herbs, sandwiched in natural yeast focaccia.

A gourmet sandwich filled with a dish based on a recipe by Auguste Escoffier, brought back from Paris by Palace Hotel's first head chef, Tanaka Tokusaburo.

Started as a coffee shop in 1947, this restaurant now serves aged Wagyu beef and Sicilian wine. The rich pudding and black bread sandwich, made with a recipe that has been used since the restaurant's first year, has been given a coffee-flavored twist for a more grown-up taste. [First Appearance]

We offer a changing selection of parfaits each day, including one that combines several types of strawberries with raspberries, cheese mousse, and roses, as well as one that uses tropical fruits such as Miyazaki mango and passion fruit, along with citrus fruits.
