For a limited time from August 1st to 31st, Jean-Paul Hevin will be offering the "Degustation Eclair" (2,226 yen), where you can compare different cacao varieties from different regions.

The "Degustation Eclair" allows you to enjoy three types of eclairs: the distinctive Peruvian and Brazilian varieties, as well as a combination of cacao from several different regions and varieties. The "Petit Eclair Chocolat Peru" is an eclair filled with chocolate cream made from Peruvian cacao. It has a gorgeous aroma and acidity reminiscent of yellow fruit.

The "Petit Eclair Chocolat Brésil" is an eclair filled with chocolate cream made from Brazilian cacao. It has a deep bitterness and acidity reminiscent of red fruit. The "Petit Eclair Chocolat," characterized by its fragrant and delicate flavor, is an eclair made with a base of Venezuelan cacao combined with cacao from various regions and filled with chocolate cream.

In addition, the eat-in space "Bar à Chocolat" offers the "Menu Degustation Eclair" (1,450 yen), a set of three types of eclair and your choice of drink.
