The Conrad Afternoon Tea is inspired by the new seasonless "CORE Collection," which launches on the same day and combines iconic classic motifs with new silhouettes. Sweets and savory dishes that represent the pillars of the "CORE Collection," "Crystal," "Pearl," and "JC Monogram," are beautifully arranged on stylish glass plates. Two types of "JIMMY CHOO Mocktails" inspired by the collection are also available. This is an afternoon tea that will tickle the hearts of sophisticated women.
The sweets have been created with the outstanding technique and sense of pastry chef Masateru Okazaki, a winner of the international confectionery competition, Le Mondial des Arts Sucre. The menu includes five sweets - a vibrant green "Pistachio Mousse" shaped like a bag with a striking C-shaped buckle decorated with sparkling crystals, a pearl-inspired "Chocolate Tart Fromage Blanc Mousse," an elegant "High Heel Chocolate Coconut Flavor" decorated with large and small pearls, a "Salted Caramel Cake" adorned with the JC monogram, and a beautiful crystal-like "Elderflower Jelly with White Chocolate Cream" - as well as three savory dishes, as well as plain and summery lemon scones served with peach jam and clotted cream.
