Grand Hyatt Tokyo's Autumn Limited Menu: Black and White Truffle Pizza, Whole Foie Gras...Luxurious Use of Premium Ingredients

The Grand Hyatt Tokyo hotel in Roppongi, Tokyo, will be offering a dynamic and impactful autumn-only menu starting in September.
From September 3rd to November 26th, the Chinese restaurant "China Room" on the 6th floor will be offering a new type of "One-Person Hot Pot" (8,800 yen), where you can customize your own taste by combining three different soups. The soups available are "Shio Koji," which is rich in collagen; "Soy Milk," which is mellow and creamy; and "Hot Pot," which is spicy and warming. Enjoy a wide variety of ingredients, including vegetables such as Chinese cabbage, chives, and seasonal mushrooms, fresh seafood such as white fish, shrimp, crab, and scallops, as well as pork, beef, and chlorella noodles, all arranged dynamically on a large platter, to create your own unique flavor.

From September 14th to October 31st, Edomae sushi restaurant Rokuryoku on the 6th floor will be offering a luxurious course menu called Sushi Kaiseki Rokuroku (20,000 yen), featuring seasonal autumn ingredients sourced from all over Japan. The menu includes hearty dishes such as earthenware pot steamed matsutake mushrooms, the king of autumn flavors, and Sushi (with overflowing gunkan) overflowing with seasonal autumn ingredients.

From October 1st to 31st, Italian cafe Fiorentina on the 1st floor will be serving pizzas made with an abundance of high-quality white truffles and autumn truffles. The lineup includes the "Italian Fresh Truffle Pizza" (20,000 yen), a cheese-based pizza dough generously topped with truffle oil, white truffle, and autumn truffle on one side, and the Quattro Pizza (8,000 yen), topped with four fresh ingredients: truffle, autumn truffle, porcini mushroom, and girolle mushroom. From November 1st to December 31st, the steakhouse "Oak Door" on the 6th floor will be serving the luxurious "Tomahawk Chop Rossini" (70,000 yen), a bone-in rib-eye steak made with approximately 1.6kg of dynamic domestic beef topped with a whole piece of premium foie gras. Cooked in a wood-burning oven, it's crispy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside. We also offer the "Tomahawk Chop Rossini with Pairing Bottle Wine Set" (99,000 yen), which includes a bottle of American wine carefully selected by the chef.
