
Grill & Wine Genie's Tokyo, a casual French grill on the first floor of Tokyo Midtown Plaza known for its Dom Perignon shaved ice, is offering an executive barbecue plan until September 30th.
Dom Perignon Shaved Ice (2,100 yen), one of the a la carte menu items at Grill & Wine Genie's Tokyo, which was well-received last year, is available again this year. The shaved ice is served in a stylish cocktail glass. The entire shaved ice is flavored with herb cordial, so it's delicious even when it melts. The Dom Perignon is poured in front of you just before you eat it, making it a visually appealing shaved ice.
A barbecue plan is also available on the terrace seats until September 30th. There are two plans available: the "Roppongi 'Slightly Adult' BBQ Plan" (¥6,000 including tax), which features the restaurant's recommended dishes and carefully prepared ingredients by a French chef, and the "Roppongi 'Luxurious Adult' BBQ Plan" (¥10,000 including tax), which offers a special summer terrace experience featuring lamb on the bone, French duck, foie gras, and A5 Kuroge Wagyu beef, all served with traditional classic sauces. To finish off your BBQ meal, choose from either "Ginza Platinum Curry" or "Dom Pérignon Takikomi Gohan." This summer's new "Dom Pérignon Takikomi Gohan" uses premium champagne with a strong Chardonnay flavor, enhancing the rice's minerality and sweetness, creating a truly exquisite pairing with seafood. The exquisite aroma of the cooked rice makes it an excellent pairing with champagne or wine.
