Redefine Dining Co., Ltd. will be selling their spring-only menu item, "My Sakura," at Dondake Jikochu, a high-end bread specialty store that always has long lines. The Ogikubo store will begin selling the menu item first on March 15th, and other stores will begin selling it sequentially from March 20th.

Dondake Jikochu has provided us with their unique cherry blossom bean paste blend from Akanemaru Honpo, a long-established bean paste maker that has been in business for over 70 years. The Sakura An is made from elegantly tasting white bean paste, colored a subtle cherry blossom color with the natural ingredient red koji, and mixed with domestically grown Oshima cherry leaves.
 
Each loaf is carefully crafted by artisans over a period of more than five hours. Shaped using a unique braiding method, a beautiful marbled cross-section appears when cut.
