Confex Co., Ltd. has collaborated with FamilyMart Co., Ltd. to develop three kits, supervised by Chef Kenji Ujiie of Ken's Cafe Tokyo (head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo): "Rich Gateau Chocolat Homemade Kit," "Authentic Chocolate Chunk Cookie Homemade Kit," and "Two-Color Chocolate Pop Homemade Kit," all of which have been released by group company Creet Co., Ltd.


■Background of the Collaboration
Due to the impact of COVID-19, people are spending more time at home. More people are making their own sweets to enrich their time at home, and shortages of pancake mix and flour have become a hot topic. In response to this demand, Confex and FamilyMart have developed kits that make it easy for even first-time sweets makers to make their own sweets.
