SubLime Inc., a member of the subLime Group, will be opening a premium bread specialty store called "Hana Mitsu."

●The store's name comes from "Hana Mitsu" (honey).
"Hana Mitsu" is a premium bread specialty store.
Hanamitsu's bread is healthy and made with no additives, pursuing natural sweetness and flavor to bring out the natural deliciousness of the ingredients. The artisan's desire to "make bread that has a natural sweetness when you eat it" led to the addition of sweetness with honey. Honey is sweeter than sugar and low in calories, containing many nutrients that are beneficial to the body, and is gentle on the stomach.

●Commitment to Deliciousness
We use natural yeast, developed using traditional Japanese brewing techniques, slowly and carefully cultivating rice yeast using domestic wheat, rice, koji, and water. We also use additive-free, slightly acidic natural water sourced from the wild to ensure stable yeast cultivation.

We use "Haru Yo Koi" wheat, a "spring-sown wheat" that is high in protein and sown in the spring. Its excellent water absorption creates the soft texture characteristic of our bread.

We don't compromise on the ingredients used in our dough, either. We use unsalted butter made with fresh, high-quality Hokkaido milk, Hokkaido milk, seaweed salt from Awaji Island, and Honwakato sugar from Okinawa, which provides the nutrients necessary for the dough's fermentation.
