Strawberry Shortcake Sandwich
As its name suggests, the "Strawberry Shortcake Sandwich" is a simple yet luxurious fruit sandwich inspired by strawberry shortcake. Using Lebresso's most popular bread, "Lebresso Bread," as a base, this cake is filled with plenty of beautiful, fresh, uniform strawberries, including Amaou strawberry jam, caramel crunch, and homemade whipped cream with mascarpone.
The combination of rich yet subtly sweet whipped cream and jam further enhances the deliciousness of the juicy strawberries. The "crispy" crunch also adds a fun texture.
