
The Metropolitan Grill on the second floor of Hilton Tokyo began offering a new weekend brunch on March 4th. In addition to a buffet corner featuring two types of salads, 10 kinds of fresh vegetables, and fresh fruits like raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries, the buffet also includes a mini buffet featuring 10 carefully selected desserts from the Marble Lounge's popular strawberry dessert buffet. For 4,000 yen, you can enjoy as much as you like of approximately 30 items, including thick-cut toast baked by the hotel's bakers using two types of flour, cheese, and ham. For an additional 1,000 yen, you can choose from two 5,000 yen plans, including egg dishes like Eggs Benedict and a choice of one main dish from the menu, such as Grilled Lamb Chops with Goat's Cheese Polenta or Australian Black Angus Beef Sirloin. The Metropolitan Brunch will be held from March 4th every Saturday, Sunday and public holiday from 10am to 2:30pm (last order).
