
The Food Collection at Isetan Shinjuku is a special event corner that brings together trending items and delicious foods from all over Japan every week. This time, from the shops that appeared for a limited time from August 2019 to July 2020, the most popular items from each of the 10 categories, including beef, prepared dishes, bread, and sweets, that were most popular with customers, will be gathered together in one place.

This pastry boutique offers original cakes and freshly baked bread from Hotel New Otani's Grand Chef Shinsuke Nakajima. Each piece is generously made with approximately 1/3 of a muskmelon from Shizuoka Prefecture. The batter, made with brown rice and eggs, and the slightly fragrant cream enhance the sweetness of the melon, making this a luxurious dish.
