Toyota Boshoku offers the ultimate comfortable space. They also produce light-changing uniforms [Tokyo Motor Show 2013]

Nov 23, 2013

At the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show, Toyota Boshoku is proposing a future of mobility with the keyword "Feel Good!" On display at the venue are Toyota Boshoku's new interior concept and sports seats designed for both comfort and aesthetic beauty.

The egg-shaped interior concept, "T-BLISS," was designed with the idea of occupants becoming one with the space and experiencing the ultimate in comfort. The seats are soft and smooth, with projected images, pleasant sounds, and a refreshing orange scent, creating a pleasant space and time. The distinctive exterior embodies the image of Toyota Boshoku's mobile spaces expanding into the world.

The companions' original costumes are also designed in line with T-BLISS. Available in white dresses and pants, the mosaic pattern turns purple when exposed to sunlight or other ultraviolet rays. The earrings and hair accessories are also designed and colored to match the costumes. The design was handled by the F-Create Department, which designs car seats and other interior parts. It was produced in cooperation with TB Unifashion, utilizing Toyota Boshoku's textile processing technology.
