Isetan Mitsukoshi and Mitsui Fudosan partner to offer "Order Taking Service" for luxury rental residences in Nihonbashi

On the 21st, Isetan Mitsukoshi and Mitsui Fudosan announced the launch of their first collaborative service at Park Axis Premier Nihonbashi Muromachi, a luxury rental residence developed by Mitsui Fudosan in the Nihonbashi area, which is currently undergoing redevelopment.

Park Axis Premier Nihonbashi Muromachi is a luxury rental residence consisting of 54 units occupying the top four floors (18th to 21st floors) of the Muromachi Furukawa Mitsui Building, a complex that will house COREDO Muromachi 2 and TOHO Cinemas Nihonbashi on its lower floors. It boasts the highest level of living performance among the Park Axis properties, including a rooftop garden and lobby lounge on the top four floors (18th to 21st floors), ceiling heights up to 3.0 meters within the units, and smart energy management.

New services for residents will be provided by Mitsukoshi Nihonbashi Main Store. The centerpiece of this service is the "Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Order-Taking Service," which will provide detailed responses to various requests, including shopping advice and assistance, through a collaboration between the residence's dedicated concierge and Mitsukoshi. The paid service menu offers a variety of convenient content for a high-quality lifestyle, such as housekeeping services, meal delivery, and custom-made travel plans, as well as services such as preferential treatment for joining the Culture Salon and priority reservations at Mitsukoshi Theater.
