Hilton Nagoya will begin accepting reservations for Christmas cakes and sweets at Cafe 3-3 Artisan Sweets & Bakery on the first floor from October 20th.

There are three types of Christmas cakes in total. Hilton Nagoya's specialty for Christmas 2020 is the Rouge Buche de Noel, which uses nuts and chocolate to resemble forest stumps, fallen leaves, and nuts. It is a modern Buche de Noel decorated with sparkling fantasy balls. Tonka beans, with their sweet and fragrant aroma reminiscent of vanilla beans and cherry blossoms with cinnamon and anise, create an exquisite harmony with chocolate mousse.

The "Dark Mirror Cake," with its glossy chocolate surface and a beautiful golden splash pattern, features a milk chocolate mousse with a subtle aroma of speculoos spice mix (cinnamon, cardamom, clove, and lemon), a caramelized banana and passion fruit cream center, and a mascarpone cream garnish. The "Christmas Strawberry Shortcake" is a moist sponge cake filled with strawberries and fresh cream. This classic cake, carefully crafted, is enjoyed by people of all ages.

While you wait for Christmas, "Stollen," a traditional German baked confectionery where you can enjoy the flavor of dried fruit as it infuses the flavor with each passing day, and the "Gingerbread House," a small house fragrant with spices, make wonderful gifts.

Enjoy a wonderful Christmas with cakes and sweets that will add color to the festive season.
