Shiseido Parlour will be selling a limited edition Winter Cheesecake (Strawberry) from its limited-edition cheesecake series featuring seasonal fruit flavors starting November 25th.

This time, there are two types and three items of cheesecake available. The "Winter Cheesecake (Strawberry)" (3 pieces for 850 yen, 6 pieces for 1,700 yen) is made with rich Danish cream cheese mixed with strawberry paste and condensed milk, wrapped in a strawberry-scented biscuit made with flour from Hokkaido and baked. It is a luxurious dish that allows you to enjoy the sweet and sour flavor of strawberries and the gentle sweetness of milk.

The "Winter Hand-baked Cheesecake (Strawberry)" (2,500 yen) is a luxurious dish made by kneading chopped dried strawberries, strawberry paste, and Amaou strawberry jam from Fukuoka Prefecture into Danish cream cheese, and each piece is handmade and baked.
