Shiseido Parlour's Autumn-Only Menu: Mont Blanc Parfait Made with Large Japanese Chestnuts

Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store's Salon de Cafe and Bar S are offering a limited-time menu featuring autumn flavors such as chestnuts, pumpkins, and potatoes.

Until October 30th, Salon de Cafe will be offering the colorful "Kyushu Japanese Chestnut Mont Blanc Parfait" (1,980 yen), made with a generous amount of large Japanese chestnuts. The combination of chestnut ice cream and rum jelly, which go well together, is enhanced by the addition of matcha jelly, creating a deep flavor. The bittersweet caramel-flavored matcha sauce also brings out the deliciousness of the Japanese chestnuts.

Until October 31st, Bar S will be offering three autumn-themed monthly cocktails for October. In addition to "Autumn Colors" (1,600 yen), which combines Kyoho grape juice and gin to express the feeling of the deepening autumn season, other drinks will also be available, including "Annou Sweet Potato Cocktail with Caramel Flavor" (1,600 yen), which uses seasonal Annou sweet potatoes, and "Halloween = Chestnut Pumpkin and Brandy Cocktail" (1,800 yen), an adult dessert cocktail made with chestnut pumpkin and brandy.
