Faro Shiseido's winter-only course featuring the king of food, "white truffle"

Oct 27, 2016

Faro Shiseido, an Italian restaurant operated by Shiseido Parlour, will be holding a "White Truffle Fair" from November 12th to December 10th, where guests can enjoy white truffles, known in Italy as the king of food. During the fair, guests can enjoy the "Festa del Tatufo bianco 2016" course menu (19,500 yen, tax and service charge not included), which lavishly uses carefully selected, fragrant white truffles from Alba, Italy. The course menu includes seasonal warm vegetables, egg and potato cream sauce with white truffle, celery root baccala with cold polenta sauce and a hint of white truffle, lily-leaf tajarin with a generous sprinkling of white truffle, and white truffle-covered risotto. It also includes a selection of small plates, a main dish of your choice, dessert, and coffee.

A wine course to go with the food is also available (5 types excluding aperitifs / 13,000 yen tax and service charge not included).
