Hayama Marlowe opens first new coffee shop concept at Sogo Yokohama

This fall, the first coffee shop operated by restaurant chain Marlowe will open in the food section on the second basement floor of Sogo Yokohama. Marlowe began as a restaurant using local Miura ingredients and became famous for its hand-baked puddings served in beakers. Sogo Yokohama will have a permanent location, Pudding Shop Marlowe. The newly opened cafe will be Marlowe's first coffee shop in Japan, featuring a new type of coffee shop focusing on original blend coffee.
