The Westin Tokyo will be hosting "UNITED at HEART - Holiday Season 2020" during the 2020 Christmas season. This year, under the theme of "UNITED at HEART," the Westin Deli, a pastry boutique on the first floor, will offer a wide variety of menu items, including Christmas cakes, Christmas bread, and dinner kits, with reservations beginning October 1st. We look forward to celebrating the Christmas season.


Christmas Cake Collection
Christmas cakes add a touch of elegance to the holy night. Under the theme of "UNITED at HEART," 2020 will feature a variety of Christmas cakes, including the "Petit Noel Collection," perfect for one or two people, a limited-edition special cake collection, Paris-Brest, a Christmas wreath-like treat made with crispy choux pastry sandwiched between rich praline and custard cream, and the ever-popular shortcake and cheesecake.

A rich variety of 13 Christmas cakes, each carefully crafted by our executive pastry chef, will create a heartwarming holiday season.

A gorgeous 12cm tall shortcake lavishly adorned with berries such as raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and blackcurrants. A luxurious dish made with sponge cake, crème chantilly and white chocolate mousse layered with strawberries and berries, and decorated with white chocolate on the side.


Paris-Brest Pistachio (Limited to 10 units) 13,000 yen (excluding tax)

Fragrant roasted pistachios and fresh pistachio cream are sandwiched between ring-shaped choux pastry. This Paris-Brest allows you to fully enjoy the flavor of pistachio. A mini éclair is sandwiched together with pistachio cream, and sweet and sour raspberry jam and bitter chocolate add accents. This Paris-Brest is reminiscent of a Christmas wreath.


Foret Noir (Limited to 10 units) 13,000 yen (excluding tax)

Foret Noir is a 10-layer cake made up of alternating layers of chocolate cream containing griotte cherries and white bavarois, each layered with chocolate sponge cake soaked in plenty of kirsch. The surface is drizzled with chocolate, creating a decoration that looks like a stump in the forest. A cake with a strong liqueur aroma, in which each flavor plays in harmony.


Petit Noël Collection
This year, we have prepared six types of Buche de Noël style cakes in sizes perfect for one or two people. They are perfect for creating a warm Christmas scene with a loved one. This new collection is perfect for private occasions with a small number of people, but can also be used to create a gorgeous scene by arranging several types side by side.

This sweetbread, which originated in Italy, is characterized by its moist and soft texture, achieved by long, low-temperature fermentation of a sweet dough made with butter and eggs. We have prepared a dinner box that allows you to enjoy an authentic French dinner in the comfort of your own home. Brought to you by French restaurant "Victor's," this three-course meal includes pate de campagne (appetizer), crab bisque (soup), and duck stewed in red wine (main course). You can easily recreate it at home. Enjoy it with your favorite bread or cake.


AOP Camembert Cheese Bread 4,000 yen (excluding tax)
We use a whole AOP Camembert cheese from France, luxuriously wrapped in bread kneaded with red wine, figs, apricots, raisins, and walnuts. This luxurious bread goes perfectly with red wine.
