Named "butter baked goods" in French, this store, as its name suggests, specializes in baked goods that celebrate butter. We'd like to introduce you to some exclusive products, only available at Ginza Mitsukoshi, that allow you to enjoy the various aspects of butter through their unique baked goods.

Galette au Beurre Qualité Extra
A thick-baked sable made with plenty of A.O.P.-certified cultured butter, allowing you to really savor the aroma and flavor of butter. *A.O.P. is a certification system established by the EU. A.O.P., which means the highest quality and is permitted to be labeled with the name of its place of origin, is only awarded to a few companies in France.
