Fruit Salon, a reservation-only fruit full-course restaurant, is offering a luxurious full-course meal of melt-in-your-mouth peaches for a limited time only.

Jul 31, 2020

Beauty Connection Ginza (operated by MTG Co., Ltd.) will begin offering a new menu using seasonal peaches from August 5th to early September 2020 at Fruit Salon, a fruit course specialty store on the second floor of the facility.

Our restaurant offers full course menus with attention to detail, featuring seasonal fruits, and our new August menu is a four-course meal made with luxurious domestic white peaches, which are in season now. Packed with nutrients and featuring juicy, mellow-smelling peaches, we've created a full course of fresh fruit sweets perfect for summer.

Starting with the first dish, a juicy Omelette, followed by the second dish, Caprese, featuring a fresh combination of peaches, cheese, and black pepper, and the third dish, Parfait, which is the main course that catches the eye with its vibrant color and beauty, this menu is visually refreshing and allows you to discover a new side of peaches. Fruit Salon's pride and joy, the parfait, is served in a glass intentionally with space between the ingredients, allowing you to enjoy the changing flavors and textures right up to the last bite.

In addition, a limited-time menu will be available, featuring a carefully selected rosé wine pairing menu to complement the peach full course.
In a relaxed atmosphere, this special menu luxuriously brings out the flavor and aroma of the peaches. Reservations are required for this 90-minute full course, allowing you to see, taste, and enjoy a special summer moment that will satisfy all five senses.

Peaches are appealing with their unique sweet aroma and delicate, smooth texture, and we have created a chilled summer dessert that brings out their elegant flavor. Enjoy the diverse expressions of peaches, each with a different impression.
