Japanese sweets and desserts are sold under the brand name "Kyogashi Kurogi," but GENDY uses strong ingredients in each of its products, and this collaboration was a "new challenge" that had never been seen before. The key was how to combine the GENDY brand with "Kurogi." GENDY's sables have a strong flavor, so they didn't compromise on the color of the matcha they paired them with, nor did they compromise on the taste. They took their time, carefully making prototypes over and over again, adjusting the balance that would bring out the flavors of both the matcha and caramel, and repeatedly selecting the degree of caramel scorching and the perfect matcha to complete the product.

Japanese sweets go well with tea, while Western sweets go well with black tea or coffee, but we are proud to have created something that goes well with both. Many people are now spending more time at home, so we hope you will enjoy these when you want to take a break, relax, or refresh your mind.

Since opening in 2010, this incredibly popular restaurant has attracted numerous gourmets and celebrities, making it difficult to get reservations. Kurogi Japanese Cuisine
