The Human Miracle Co., Ltd. will open "0%," a completely non-alcoholic bar on the first floor of Roppongi's art complex building "ANB Tokyo," on July 16, 2020. The bar offers a new experience of getting drunk without drinking, thanks to its innovative non-alcoholic drinks. The menu features over 20 innovative drinks, including the refreshing "A Real Pleasure" that combines fruit with basil, "Goldentree" that combines cold brew coffee with fresh grapefruit, and kombucha that tastes like natural wine. Some of the drinks on the menu were created by Shingo Gokan of "SG Group," which has three bars ranked in The World's 50 Best Bars, a list of the world's top 50 bars.
Our drinks have a deep flavor that can be enjoyed as a new genre by those who don't like alcohol, as well as those who drink alcohol regularly. Made with herbs, spices and fermented ingredients that have beneficial effects on the body, it can also be enjoyed by pregnant women and those with children.

The interior and art direction were handled by YAR, a creative studio led by acclaimed artist YOSHIROTTEN, who has worked on numerous graphics and art direction projects both domestically and internationally in the music and fashion scenes, and the design was by TATO DESIGN, which works on residences, shops, and office spaces.

A place where all living things, regardless of planet or species, are equal, can free their minds from the constraints of everyday life and spend their time freely. A time to stop thinking, focusing on the rich flavors and aromas that flow from your mouth. By focusing all five senses on the present and clearing your mind for a moment, imaginations you never knew you had will emerge. A new experience of "getting drunk without drinking."
PHILOSOPHY
For those who can't drink alcohol, the only options at a stylish restaurant are juice or carbonated drinks, and ordering a non-alcoholic drink at a nice bar can be a bit daunting... I used to feel uncomfortable with this experience. In New York and London, there are cool bars that specialize in non-alcoholic drinks, and there are plenty of options that non-alcoholics can enjoy. We opened this bar with the hope that a place like this could exist in Japan.
The name of the bar also conveys the meaning of "reducing people's minds to 0%." In today's world, where we are constantly bombarded with information, "time to think without thinking" is disappearing from our daily lives. Especially in times like these, we need time for a "mind cleanse"—a time to reset our minds and regain a pure, energetic spirit that can become more excited about the world. Our bar is filled with features that allow you to sense something strange with your five senses without even thinking. We hope that "going to a non-alcoholic bar" will serve as a switch to time to confront your own senses.
