Francfranc enters the food industry. Olivia Dissies starts

Aug 27, 2013

Francfranc, an interior design shop run by BALS, launched its food collection "OLIVIA DISHES" this summer. It is currently on sale in advance at some stores.

The collection features a selection of foods that are not only good to eat but also make a great addition to kitchen decor. The store mainly carries stock foods such as olive oil, pasta, jams and seasonings, with prices ranging from around 200 to 4,000 yen.

"Until now we've dealt with living spaces, but from now on we'll also be focusing on the food aspect of the necessities of life. We're also considering gift suggestions, including sets with kitchen goods," said a BALS PR representative.

Currently, there are 11 stores in total: LOUNGE by Francfranc in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo, L.A.G by Francfranc Kichijoji store, GINZA Francfranc, UMEDA Francfranc, Jiyugaoka store, Ikebukuro Parco store, Atre Ebisu store, Urawa Parco store, Chofu Parco store, Odawara Dynacity West Mall store, and Hirosaki store. Plans are in place to gradually expand nationwide.
