Of the six premium macarons available, this article will introduce three recommended flavors.

Champagne Raisin Verts
Green raisin jam is sandwiched between macaron dough made with 88% champagne (percentage of alcohol). Green raisins, a common ingredient in champagne, enhance the delicate champagne flavor. These elegant macarons are infused with the refreshing scent of lychee and muscat grapes from elderflower syrup.

Cassis Modena Balsamic
These macarons have a rich flavor reminiscent of red wine. They are sandwiched between cassis jam with balsamic vinegar and mule ganache. The jam is made using balsamic vinegar aged for five years in Modena, Italy, which adds depth to the flavor of the cassis.

Chocolate Truffle
A macaron with a sophisticated taste that allows you to enjoy the aroma of truffles, which are considered one of the world's three great delicacies. The macaron dough is filled with black truffle oil and truffle salt, and the elegant aroma spreads throughout your mouth. Enjoy the blissful marriage of the smooth, bitter chocolate ganache and truffle.

A Sébastien Bouillet specialty, macarons coated in a thin, crisp layer of chocolate. This popular item is sold all year round at the Lyon flagship store. Three new flavours are now available in Sébastien Bouillet's original Macaron!

Chocolat
This popular macaron chocolat is coated in bitter chocolate, allowing you to enjoy the full taste of cacao. The macaron dough is made with Sébastien Bouillet's original 69% cacao chocolate. The texture of the cocoa nibs and almond nougat topping the macarillon is the highlight!

Griotte
Griotte is characterized by the fruity flavor of the jam. Griotte (cherry) jam is sandwiched between chocolate-flavored macaron dough and coated in bitter chocolate. Griotte jam is a recommended recipe that is also sold at the main store in France. The griotte and bitter chocolate go together perfectly, allowing you to enjoy a well-balanced flavor.
