Mister Donut, operated by Duskin Co., Ltd., will release three varieties of "Pon de Tear Pan" starting June 19th. Since 2017, Mister Donut has introduced light meal options that can be enjoyed at various times of the day under the slogan "Mr. Donut Gohan." In November 2017, they introduced easy-to-eat items like pies and toast, followed by hot dogs and pasta in February 2018. These items have been well-received for their casual dining options at various times of the day. 
 
The newly released "Pon de Tear Pan" recreates the shape and texture of Mister Donut's popular Pon de Ring in bread form. The chewy texture of Pon de Ring, known as the fourth texture, is recreated using yeast dough, which is strung together like eight Pon de Rings and baked in the oven. Enjoy it for breakfast or a snack.
