Sapporo Exclusive Menu: Sapporo Genghis Khan Burger
J.S. BURGERS CAFE, an American-style hamburger shop run by Flavor Works Co., Ltd., a member of the Baycruise Group, will open its first Hokkaido store, the J.S. BURGERS CAFE Daido Life Sapporo Building Store, on June 18th.

J.S. BURGERS CAFE is an American-style hamburger shop that opened its first store in 2000. It serves authentic hamburgers made with 100% beef patties and original buns, and currently has 13 stores nationwide.

Selectable Dinner Set for a Light Drink
J.S. BURGERS CAFE Daido Life Sapporo Building, the 14th store in Japan, will be offering a "Selectable Dinner Set" as a dinner menu for the brand's first time, in addition to the main menu. Customers can freely combine a standard-sized hamburger with a drink and tapas, allowing for a total of 250 customization options.

In addition, to commemorate the opening of the first store in Hokkaido, the store will be releasing a store-exclusive menu item, the "Sapporo Jingisukan Burger." This luxurious dish combines lamb sautéed in fragrant fermented butter from Hokkaido with an original beef patty. Enjoy the change of flavor with the accompanying Genghis Khan sauce and Hokkaido mountain wasabi.

A great value set that includes a regular-sized hamburger such as a cheddar cheeseburger or fried chicken burger, French fries, tapas and an alcoholic drink. You can swap the hamburger for a sandwich or hot dog, the French fries for a salad, and the alcoholic drink for a soft drink, allowing you to customise your original dinner set to suit your mood that day with a total of 250 possible combinations.

J.S.BURGERS CAFE's most popular menu item, with creamy avocado and melted cheddar cheese going head-to-head. Our original "black pepper aioli" is based on mayonnaise with reduced acidity, and is made with koji miso and grated onion for richness and umami, and cloves, coriander, and oregano for added aroma. The spicy kick of black pepper brings out the mellowness of the avocado.



Maple Butter B.L.T. Sandwich 880 yen + tax

A classic BLT sandwich with a twist, added with maple syrup and butter. The salty taste of the popular aged bacon and the sweetness of the maple syrup create a "sweet and salty" contrast that you won't find anywhere else.
