Kihachi Cafe's new dessert, the "Melon and White Wine Jelly Parfait," is gorgeously presented with juicy melon, which is just about in season.

The refreshing jelly made from white wine and fragrant roasted coconut bring out the juicy, sweet melon. The base of the parfait is filled with vanilla ice cream and thin, crepe-like pastries called "feuillantine," creating a refreshing dish with a variety of textures to enjoy.

In addition to the parfait, "Melon Shortcake" will also be available as a June-only melon dessert from June 1st to June 30th.

The "Melon Shortcake" is a June-only shortcake made with in-season melon sandwiched between fresh cream and sponge cake. Enjoy it with the accompanying vanilla ice cream.
