CHAVATY, a specialty tea latte shop using high-quality tea leaves and focused on authenticity, is collaborating with Pâtisserie Paris Seveille, a renowned shop in the competitive sweets district of Jiyugaoka that has never collaborated or sold with other companies before. CHAVATY's scones, which sold out 1,000 in just two minutes on the official online store, are individually handcrafted in-store, with a crispy exterior and a moist interior. To further enhance the scones' deliciousness and luxury, a limited-edition menu featuring a set with Paris Seveille's popular jam will be available in limited quantities on the CHAVATY official online store (URL: https://chavaty.shop-pro.jp/) from 10:00 AM on May 30, 2020. This is the first time that the renowned shop Paris Seveille has collaborated with CHAVATY in the past.

About the collaboration with "Pâtisserie Paris Seveille"

The jams created by Chef-owner Yoshiaki Kaneko of "Pâtisserie Paris Séveille" are carefully crafted using only the finest fruit ingredients, along with spices and liqueurs, all carefully crafted over time. Since the shop's opening, they have incorporated seasonal ingredients into their offerings, creating a truly blissful taste that is truly unique to this shop.

The first jam to be paired with CHAVATY scones is the "Blueberry and White Wine Jam," made with small, directly imported blueberries from France. The pulp is marinated overnight and simmered to create a fruity flavor that pairs perfectly with CHAVATY scones. The second jam will be an original "Apricot and Lavender Jam" developed by Kaneko specifically for CHAVATY scones. The apricots will be made from domestically grown apricots at their peak season. This limited-edition collaboration with CHAVATY will never be available again.

Kaneko, who travels between France and Japan, said, "Unlike France, Japanese people have a lot to enjoy outside, so I think they are now starting to find new ways to spend time at home. I believe that enjoying food also makes time spent at home more fulfilling." And so, with the same desire to help people enjoy their time at home more, the collaboration with CHAVATY has been realized. CHAVATY's scones are also carefully crafted one by one, so they will be sold in limited quantities.
