On December 5, 2012, Transit General Office opened a new restaurant on the third floor of the Isetan Shinjuku store following the remodeling. The restaurant's food was produced by Takemasa Kinoshita of the French bistro "Au Gyamant de Tokio" in Shirokane, Tokyo. The menu features teppanyaki dishes like hamburgers and pancakes, cooked right before your eyes. Cakes were produced by Sadaharu Aoki of Patisserie Sadaharu Aoki Paris, and the restaurant is linked to the shop on the basement floor. The chic brown-themed interior was designed by Takao Katsuta of Line. The sofa seating in the approximately 16.5 square meters (5 tsubo) area to the left of the entrance is removable, allowing for a shop-in-shop environment. "We'd like to hold events twice a year with small but interesting brands that aren't available at The Stage, regardless of whether they're women's, men's, or accessories," says Sadahiro Nakamura, president of Transit General Office. The store also incorporates art into the space, featuring portraits of Hollywood celebrities like George Clooney and Emma Watson, as well as regularly changing photo displays by Tokyo Photo, inspired by department store customers. Regarding the store's concept, Nakamura says, "I felt that department stores today needed the best stores in their neighborhoods, so we aimed for a store that would hold its own in Aoyama, Paris, or New York, and deliberately created an atmosphere that wasn't typical of a department store. The store's name was chosen because of its location near the corridor leading to the men's department building, and because we hoped it would attract gentlemen and ladies. We asked Naomi Hirabayashi to design the logo. I'm originally from Isetan, and the third floor was my old home, so I have a special attachment to it." Nakamura also oversaw the entire staff, selecting tall, handsome individuals. The uniform design was done by stylist Ozawa Hiroshi.
Main menu items include aged salted hamburger steak for 1,890 yen, cheese soufflé pancakes for 1,260 yen, and degustation (cake plate) for 1,890 yen. Business hours are 10:00-20:00.
