Fruit tart specialty store Kil fait Bon has released two new tarts, the "Two-Colored Peach and Honey Yogurt Mousse Tart" and the "Plum and Apricot Tart," which are now on sale at all Kil fait Bon stores from September 1st.

The "Two-Colored Peach and Honey Yogurt Mousse Tart" (piece 651 yen incl. tax / whole 6,512 yen incl. tax), which will be available until mid-September, was created by staff at the Sendai store and won first place in a competition held by the store. This dish features peaches, a favorite of the creator himself, and is paired with a honey mousse and yogurt to create a refreshingly delicious treat. It also contains white and yellow peaches from Fukushima Prefecture, with the creator's wish for the reconstruction of Tohoku in mind.
