Milksha, a popular Taiwanese drink brand known for its fresh milk and pearl-like white tapioca, will open in Aoyama, Tokyo this autumn. 

Milksha is committed to providing "natural" drinks, and instead of milk powder, they use only fresh raw milk from their own farms and contracted farms. In order to maintain their commitment to milk in Japan, they use raw milk sourced from affiliated farms within Japan.
Another major feature is their beautiful, pearl-like "white tapioca," which is additive-free and made without any artificial colorings or preservatives. While tapioca pearls usually harden when frozen, our high-quality cassava flour and unique cooking method allow us to create a soft, chewy texture. We also carefully select our taro and tea leaves, resulting in a rich, mellow drink.

A popular Taiwanese drink is the "Awen Mei Li Cha," which combines plum syrup with simple, rich green tea for a refreshing taste. Another popular item is the "Fruit Yogurt," made with carefully selected plain yogurt and syrup made from Taiwanese fruits. "Awen Mei Li Cha" will be available for a limited time when the store opens in Japan.
They are also known for being an environmentally friendly and sustainable company. Their Taiwanese stores distribute stainless steel personal straws and have introduced "ECOCO," a machine that separates and recycles plastic drink containers, PET bottles, and empty cans. By collecting PET bottles and plastic cups at "ECOCO," customers can earn points and receive coupons that can be used at Milksha and other affiliated stores. They are considering introducing this service in Japan in the future.
