A new dessert fair featuring honey and cheese, "Happy Honeyholic," will begin on June 4th at the Marble Lounge on the first floor of Hilton Tokyo. 

The stars are sweet, melt-in-your-mouth "honey and cheese." There's a wide selection of summery yellow sweets that will make you feel happy just by looking at them.
Going through the entrance lined with blooming yellow flowers, you'll find yourself in a yellow space decorated with four different themes in the lounge. A birthday party decorated with cute gift boxes and balloons, a romantic wedding party with mimosa bouquets and wedding cake, a baby shower decorated with bee themes, and a pajama party where girls can chat and enjoy lively conversation. A dream world unfolds before your eyes, where Hilton Tokyo Executive Pastry Chef Osamu Handa will create sweets using honey and cheese, as well as vitamin-rich fruits such as lemon, mandarin, mango, and apricot, to match each theme.

 "Sunflower Girls" features a tart topped with refreshing mango cream and a honey-glazed orange on the side, resembling a large sunflower.
  
 "Summer Bee Princess" is a lemon-flavored cheese mousse with a hint of thyme. 
  
 "Baby Honeycomb" is a fluffy honey sieve brittle cake.
