Gluten-free is a trend these days, but giving up "bread" would be hopeless!
We love bread so much that we continue writing today in search of delicious bread.
In this issue of EDTOR'S BLOG, we'd like to introduce you to a special bakery that we'd actually rather keep secret. The shop is "Woody BAKERY," located in a quiet residential area about a five-minute walk from Ikejiri-Ohashi Station on the Denentoshi Line.
It's a bakery that we found on our way to a meeting at a design firm, and a designer from the firm recommended it to us, saying, "It's delicious, so please try it."

The bread at Woody Bakery is so delicious you'll want to eat it again tomorrow
The small, stylish shop is lined with adorable breads, from sliced bread to baguettes and savory bread.
Each piece of bread is carefully handmade from scratch, with a gentle taste that brings out the rich flavor of wheat. What's more, the fillings inside breads such as curry bread and cream buns are all handmade, and they are filled with the owner's attention to detail.

My favorite is the "Cream Cheese Raisin," which is made with Hokkaido cream cheese accented with raisins. You can enjoy the texture of the fluffy, slightly sweet cream and the generous amount of raisins.

We'd also like to introduce some savory breads that you'll want to buy along with the sweet breads!
The "curry bread" filled with homemade keema curry made with seven types of spices and plenty of meat is very popular at the store. The heavy keema curry has a sweet taste from the vegetables followed by a spicy kick. It pairs perfectly with the slightly sweet, golden-toasted bread!

Its reasonable pricing is also attractive.
Today, once again, I devoured the bread, filled with the owner's love, and savored the happiness.
