PABLO mini, a specialty store for freshly baked cheese tarts, will be selling its new spring treat, "Sakuramochi," for a limited time.

PABLO mini's new cheese tart "Sakuramochi," 278 yen each
The crispy tart is filled with cheese batter and baked until lightly browned, then topped with chewy gyuhi. A generous amount of cherry-colored bean paste sprinkled with cherry leaves from Izu, Shizuoka Prefecture, is squeezed on top. The elegant flavor of spring-like cherry blossoms combined with the texture of the gyuhi makes it taste just like eating cherry mochi. Decorated with cherry blossom petal-shaped picks, it's the perfect cherry blossom viewing treat.

It will be on sale at all PABLO mini stores, a specialty store for freshly baked cheese tarts, from March 1st to April 30th, and at PABLO (cafe menu and takeout) stores, a specialty store for freshly baked cheese tarts, from March 1st to 31st: Round One Sapporo Shiroishi Hondori store, Koshigaya Laketown Mori store, AEON Mall Niigata Minami store, Kanazawa Mori no Sato store, Kintetsu Passe store, Umeda HEP FIVE store, Shinsaibashi OPA Kireikan store, and Kobe Motomachi store.
