As the crisp winter air lingers and the cold bites even more deeply, the happy time of Valentine's Day, when people choose gifts for their loved ones, approaches. Aman Kyoto (Kita-ku, Kyoto City) will be selling a limited number of Valentine's chocolates from February 1st to 14th, 2023. These chocolates are carefully crafted using Kyoto's finest ingredients and come in a three-flavor set that harmonizes with cacao. Packaged in an elegant wooden box, these chocolates make a great gift for a loved one, or even for yourself.

"Coffee"A bitter taste that harmonizes the distinctive rich bitterness of coffee from Rokuyosha, a home-roasting coffee shop that has been loved in Kyoto for over 70 years, with mellow cocoa.
"Kyoto Dry Gin"A spirit made from rice using water from Fushimi, Kyoto, and Kyoto Dry Gin that incorporates Japanese essences such as yuzu citrus, sansho pepper, and gyokuro tea, is hidden in a ganache for a refined and mature flavor.
"Matcha Yuzu"The elegant astringency of Uji matcha is blended with yuzu from Mizuo, Kyoto, and the refreshing flavor blends with cacao for a clean taste.

About Aman Kyoto
Aman Kyoto, which opened on November 1, 2019, is a resort nestled in a secluded forest garden at the foot of the Takamine Sanzan mountain range, stretching from Mount Hidari Daimonji in the north of Kyoto. The spacious 24,000-square-meter grounds include an arrival building, a living building (all-day dining), a restaurant building (Japanese cuisine), a spa building with natural hot springs, a guest building with 24 rooms, and two pavilions, all scattered throughout the forest garden.
