J.S. PANCAKE CAFE, a pancake shop run by JOURNAL STANDARD, has introduced a new winter menu. These pancakes, embodying the opposing concepts of cute and cool, will be available for a limited time from February 4th to 28th.
"Pink Berry Pancakes" (1,280 yen)
The cute white and pink "Pink Berry Pancakes" (1,280 yen) feature five layers of vibrant pink beetroot batter sandwiched between layers of sweet and sour strawberry sauce. Whipped cream and cream cheese sauce mixed with white chocolate are topped with berries such as raspberries and red currants and marshmallows. Drizzle with the separately provided raspberry sauce to enjoy the marriage of the elegant sweetness of the white chocolate and the tartness of the berries.
