Creative studio KLOKA has previously offered new Valentine's Day experiences with fantasy worlds such as mines and planets made of chocolate. For 2019, with the introduction of ruby cacao, they were inspired by the color pink and adopted a utopia theme. The theme is a utopia of the future, after the extinction of humanity. Thousands of years from now, after the extinction of humans, they have created a chocolate shop at Ginza Mitsukoshi where customers are served by dolls in an "OMOTENASHI mansion," where robots continue to work.

KLOKA's Valentine's Day event is so popular that people always line up, so this time the venue has been moved to the 9th floor and the space has been expanded.
