The Noguchi Naohiko Research Institute, led by Noguchi Naohiko, a master brewer nicknamed the "god of sake brewing," has released a limited edition product named after himself, "LIMITED EDITION NOGUCHI NAOHIKO 01." It will be on sale in limited quantities from December 25th.
The first in the limited series of the first vintage from the revival, "LIMITED EDITION NOGUCHI NAOHIKO 01", 35,000 yen (gift boxed)
The Noguchi Naohiko Research Institute in Komatsu, Ishikawa Prefecture, was newly established in November 2017 following Noguchi Naohiko's complete comeback as master brewer last year, with the aim of researching the techniques, spirit and lifestyle of artisans and passing them on to the next generation.

This time, Noguchi himself selected the best lot from the "2017 vintage," the first brewed since the revival, and released the first in a limited series that has been thoroughly aged over a period of approximately one year.
The bottle was designed specifically for this occasion by Ohi Toshio, a leading artist in Ishikawa Prefecture and art director of the Noguchi Naohiko Research Institute. This is a special bottle, bottled in a simple yet beautifully asymmetrical bottle.

In addition, the Noguchi Naohiko Research Institute's sake brewery in Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, has a gallery space and a tasting room called "Touan" where you can taste fine sake while admiring the scenery of how sake is made. They are offering a reservation-only sake experience plan that combines tasting at Touan with a tour of the brewery's viewing space (gallery).
