Kihachi Aoyama Main Store, operated by SAZABY LEAGUE Ltd., will be selling "KIHACHI Napoleon Pie," a special dessert that can only be enjoyed during the season when strawberries are at their most delicious, for a limited time from January 17th to March 15th, 2023. 
 
 

"Strawberry Mille-feuille," a French pastry made with multiple layers of flaky pie crust and cream and lavishly topped with bright red strawberries, is known as "Napoleon Pie" in Japan and is loved by many people.
 
 
At restaurant "KIHACHI," the founder was impressed by the deliciousness of "Maxim's" when he trained at "Maxim's" in Paris. Since then, the restaurant has continued to make "KIHACHI Napoleon Pie" every year as a tribute to "Maxim's," only during the strawberry season. It is the most popular pie in the series (※1) and one of Kihachi's signature sweets.
