The "Strawberry Christmas Cheese Tart" is a dish made by placing milk pudding or crushed pie at the bottom of a cup, then pouring in a smoothie made with cream cheese and pulpy strawberry puree. It is then topped with whipped cream made with cream cheese using the espuma method, and strawberry puree. Although it is rich, you can enjoy the sweet and sour taste and gorgeous aroma of strawberries.
The combination of flaky pie crust, a smoothie packed with the deliciousness of strawberries, and rich whipped cream with cream cheese makes for a rich sweet drink that is just like eating a strawberry cheese tart.
