Now in its fourth year, "Nabegoya" is a winter food festival born from the desire to deepen friendships between customers over hotpot in an open space overlooking Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse and the sea. In addition to the special hot pots, the brewery will also be stocking over 100 carefully selected brands of sake from all over Japan, including Zao K Junmai Sake, which won a special award at the 2018 SAKE COMPETITION and boasts an exceptionally clear taste from start to finish; Banshu Ikkon Super Dry Junmai, brewed with Hyogo Kitanishiki sake rice from Banshu, the brewery's local area, and characterized by a sharp and crisp taste; Kokka no Kaoru Junmai Daiginjo Yuinoka, which won the Platinum Award at the 2018 KURA MASTER, and boasts a gorgeous fragrance and a clean, gentle taste; and Shirayuki Edo Genroku no Sake, a rich, sweet sake that recreates the sake of the Genroku period (1603-1868) from Shirayuki, a brewery founded in 1550.

To celebrate the year 31, the event will be selling a limited number of sets, each of which is 100 people per day, including the "Choi-nomi Set" (3 tickets + 5 original sake cups for 1,500 yen), which allows you to enjoy three small drinks from 31 different types of sake along with your hot pot. This set also includes the "Choi-nomi & Choi Nabe (Snacks) Set" (3 tickets each + 5 original sake cups for 2,500 yen). These sets are designed to encourage people to enjoy sake alongside hot pot, a food culture unique to Japan.

The venue is divided into two areas: the "Cook Your Own Hot Pot Area," where you can enjoy piping hot pot cooked in a clay pot, and the "One-Piece Hot Pot Area," where you can choose from a single pot and enjoy comparing different dishes. Both areas offer local hot pots from all over Japan that you don't usually get to eat, as well as photogenic "Jeni Hot Pots" that will have you taking photos. You can enjoy them in different ways depending on your mood. Recommended hotpots include "Ishikari Nabe," which allows you to fully enjoy Hokkaido's winter flavors such as salmon, scallops, sweet shrimp, and snow crab, and "Nabe Margherita," which is made like a pizza using mozzarella cheese, sweet basil, and a whole tomato.

The venue was filled with red lanterns and straw barrels, creating a retro Showa-era atmosphere. Furthermore, during the event, shops within the building will be selling food and goods related to hot pot and sake, such as the "Mt. Fuji Cold Sake Cup Set (Red and Blue)" (2,700 yen including tax) and "Sukiyaki Small Bowl Food Sample" (3,240 yen including tax).
This event can be enjoyed especially in the cold winter at Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, which has the concept of "always the same, yet always new." This is the last winter of the Heisei era, so why not gather with friends, loved ones, or family and enjoy some hot pot and sake in a nostalgic space?
