Good news for all you ladies who want to eat your fill but don't have the courage to go to a Chinese restaurant alone!!
The Chinese restaurant "Chipoon" will open on December 8th inside GOOD MEAL MARKET on the 2nd floor of Laforet Harajuku.
With a flamingo motif and pink as its main color, the restaurant looks like a cafe that might serve pancakes. Served in this space are noodles and burgers, with a focus on healthy, wholesome vegan dishes. With recipes supervised by Chef Nishioka Hidetoshi of the famous Ginza Chinese restaurant "Renge equriosity," you can enjoy authentic cuisine in Harajuku.

The food menu offers "Vegetable Tantan Noodles," "Vegan Noodles," "Char Siu Burger," and "Yuba Char Siu Burger." Healthy drinks are also available, with a lineup of nine options, including fragrant herbal tea packed with the highest quality natural organic ingredients, "Hong Kong-style Milk Tea" with a rich milk flavor, and "Hoshiko Syrup Water," a special drink made with "Hoshiko Syrup," a non-alcoholic plum syrup that is said to have intestinal and skin-beautifying properties. Value set menus with noodles and burgers are also available. All items are available for eat-in or take-out.
What do the noodles taste like?

These noodles are vegan-friendly and healthy, combining egg-free noodles with a soup that contains absolutely no animal products, bringing out the best in the ingredients. You can enjoy the same flavor and texture as regular noodles.
The "Vegetable Tantan Noodles" are Mala-style dandan noodles, characterized by a tingling spiciness and a Chinese aroma, made with spices like green Japanese pepper, morning chili peppers, and chili oil. It's topped with plenty of melted, healthy cheese made from seasonal vegetables and soy milk!

The "Vegan Noodles" have a simple vegetable broth with ginger oil and lemon juice for a tangy flavor. They also go perfectly with whole grain mustard. A generous topping of deep-fried and seasoned bamboo shoots and yuba (bean curd skin) with a texture similar to that of roast pork make this a satisfying and healthy noodle dish.

The buns are made with fluffy white dough, similar to a steamed bun, and the filling is generously topped with vegetables. The sauce is a rich, original blend of eggless tofu mayonnaise and Chinese sweet miso, "Tianmianjiang."
The "Char Siu Burger" is made with pork shoulder roast, slowly cooked at a low temperature and topped with thinly sliced char siu, for a juicy texture. The slightly sweet sauce further whets the appetite.
