Toraya Cafe An Stand Kita-Aoyama will be offering limited-edition menu items to celebrate its first anniversary: the "Victory An Cake" and the "Red Bean Flour An Paste Scone." To celebrate the first anniversary, they will also be hosting a film screening event featuring a selection of films by Kino Igloo, along with new products and special menu items.

Victory Bean Cake (1 slice, 594 yen including tax)
The newly introduced "Victory Bean Cake" (1 slice, 594 yen including tax) is a "celebration cake" created in collaboration with the nearby SHOZO COFFEE STORE Kita-Aoyama branch, which will open on October 19th, to commemorate the first anniversary of the An Stand Kita-Aoyama branch. Developed in collaboration with Higuchi Victorian Cake, it is a moist sponge cake with a fragrant butter flavor, sandwiched between a generous amount of "an paste (koshian)" and sweet and sour raspberry jam. It will be on sale from October 19th to 22nd. Available for dine-in only.

Also available for a limited time is the "Azuki Flour Bean Paste Scone" (411 yen including tax), made with azuki flour dough wrapped around "an paste smooth bean paste" and baked to a fragrant finish.
It uses flavorful azuki flour made from ground raw azuki beans from Hokkaido. On sale from October 22nd to January 8th, 2019. This scone is also available for take-out.

A first-anniversary event will also be held on October 21st and 22nd. In addition to the "Victory An Cake" and "Azuki Flour An Paste Scone (Mini Size)," visitors can enjoy special items only available on this day: "An paste made with fruit (persimmon and Kyoho grapes) and rum," "Anban dough sandwich (potatoes and prosciutto) and soup," and drinks along with short films.

Films selected by Kino Igloo will be screened, including several episodes from the Swedish short animation collection "Ole Excel In Motion" and several other works.
