Restaurant "Fanuan" will be serving an authentic French-style Christmas dinner entitled "Noùl Scintillant - A Magnificent Christmas." The appetizer is a Christmas wreath-shaped dish of Okinawan herb chicken rillettes and foie gras mousse, paired with colorful vegetables. The fish dish is a vibrant lobster and scallop mille-feuille, garnished with golden sweet potato tart and beets. The main dish is a braised Okinawan Wagyu beef sirloin and brand-name Agu pork, served with a rich truffle sauce. For dessert, enjoy a combination of Tahitian vanilla-scented mousse and French chocolate.

La Cima, a tapas and charcoal grill based on the "New Okinawan Grill" concept, offers a course dinner featuring dishes grilled in a Spanish charcoal Josper oven. Begin with "Champagne jelly and cream cheese with Spanish prosciutto," followed by "Various mariscos and cauliflower mousse" featuring a variety of seafood such as salmon, mussels, and shrimp, followed by "Josper oven-baked Okinawan fish" and "chicken confit baked with herb breadcrumbs." For dessert, enjoy "caramel and honey mousse with pear sorbet." Enjoy a casual Christmas experience unique to La Cima.
