"Buche Cristal" is a Christmas cake that will only be sold in Japan. It is a Buche de Noel cake covered in shiny pale pink white chocolate. Although rose and chestnut are an unexpected combination, the rose-flavored mascarpone cream brings out the bittersweetness of the chestnut, creating an elegant and sophisticated treat worthy of the 20th anniversary. The sugar crystals are also delicate and beautiful.
