The annual summer curry fair, "Summer GINZA Curry Fair," is being held at Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Branch from July 20th to August 31st.

"Soup curry with braised Kishu Umedori chicken from Wakayama Prefecture and summer vegetables" (2,900 yen including tax)
In addition to the three classic types of curry rice, this year's fair will feature a total of six carefully crafted curry dishes that make the most of the delicious flavors of seafood, chicken, beef, and more, based on cooking methods handed down by successive chefs. "Wakayama Prefecture Kishu Umedori Braised Chicken and Summer Vegetable Soup Curry" is made with Kishu Umedori chicken, which is known for its natural umami, moderate elasticity, and tenderness, simmered in juicy curry-flavored bouillon. The chicken falls apart easily, making it easy to eat. The curry soup, which has a fragrant spice flavor, enhances the flavor.

Lobster and Scallop Curry with Saffron Rice" (4,900 yen including tax)
Lobster and Scallop Curry with Saffron Rice is a dish that combines lobster and scallops, which have been lightly sautéed to bring out their aroma and sweetness, with a curry sauce that combines the umami of the shellfish with the aroma of coconut. The saffron rice, which pairs well with the seafood, makes for an appetizing dish.

"Premium Kuroge Wagyu Sanmai Meat Curry Rice" uses only the most tender cuts of finely marbled Kuroge Wagyu beef sanmai, slowly simmered in Español sauce. The combination of the melt-in-your-mouth beef and the sweet curry sauce made with added onions is exquisite.

"Low-Carb Braised Mangalica Pork and Summer Vegetable Soup Curry" is a low-carb soup curry with 38.8g of carbohydrates, created by our head chef so that people on dietary restrictions and other carbohydrate-conscious people can still enjoy traditional curry sauce.
Based on traditional curry sauce, the flavor is doubled by adding bouillon made from stewed belly meat of "Mangalica Pork," a Hungarian national treasure. This luxurious dish features a generous assortment of meat and vegetables, yet is also suitable for a larger audience.
