The popular "Melon Sweets Fair," featuring colorful, refreshing melons, will be held at Chef's Palette, a cafe and dining establishment on the first floor of the Sunshine City Prince Hotel in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, from June 1st to August 31st.

Season 1 Melon Sweets (Image)

This year, the annually popular fair has been expanded and divided into two seasons. The sweets will change with each season, and you can enjoy approximately 20 different sweets, including a single-plate demonstration of ice-cooked sweets and limited-time sweets.

"Red-Fleshed Melon Rare Cheesecake" Featured in Season 1

Season 1, running from June 1st to July 16th, features the pastry chef's recommended dessert, "Red-Fleshed Melon Rare Cheesecake," made with plenty of melon red flesh. A melon rind pattern is created using cookie dough, which is then layered on top of a frozen melon-based dough and baked to recreate the exquisite texture. The crust is crispy and the center is fluffy, making for an irresistible treat.

Season 2 Melon Sweets (Image)

Season 2, running from July 17th to August 31st, will feature a variety of melon sweets not available in Season 1, such as "Melon Jelly" and "Red-Fleshed Melon Jelly," that are refreshing even in the middle of summer.

Prosciutto & Melon Hors d'oeuvres Served at the "Sweets & Dinner Buffet" in Seasons 1 and 2

The "Sweets & Dinner Buffet" in the evening offers a wide selection of food. Along with the melon sweets, you can enjoy a wide selection of hors d'oeuvres, including "Prosciutto & Melon Hors d'oeuvres," served individually or on a large platter, as well as pizza toast and special pasta dishes prepared by a chef on a hot plate.

Enjoy these adorable melon sweets that are both delicious to eat and look great on social media.
